About Executive Chef Alex Kaulbach
Chef Alex Kaulbach joined the staff of Blue Spruce Market in October of 2007. His experience includes seven years as Executive Chef at Racine's in Denver, Director of Operations for Zing! Specialty Foods and most recently, Cafe Terracotta in Littleton where he served in many roles, including Owner. As such, he is quite familiar with sharing his passion for and knowledge of food. Integral to every aspect of the operation including the kitchen, Chef Alex is excited to bring his wealth of experience and knowledge to Blue Spruce Market. Most of all, Chef Alex knows how Evergreen and surrounding mountain communities have embraced Blue Spruce and he wants to be a part of that.
Alex lives in Bailey with his wife, Faith, 1 1/2 year old daughter, Stella, 4 labs and 2 cats. We warmly welcome Chef Alex.
