There are no hormones or antibiotics in any of the products we carry in our meat department, including:
- Callicrate Beef & Pork from Ranch Foods Direct in Colorado Springs
- Fresh Seafood delivered 4 days per week from Seattle Fish (& other suppliers as our needs adjust)
- Lamb from Cedar Springs Lamb, another Colorado supplier
- Poultry from Red Bird
- Fresh Turkeys from Jay & Cindy Wisdom in eastern Colorado
- Colorado Sausage Factory provide a variety of specialty sausages
- King Canyon Buffalo
All of our beef is cut to order by our butcher.
We've got soft-shells, soft-shells, soft-shells! Fresh from the glistening waters of the Chesapeake Bay, flown in just for us! The season is waning so this may be the last week!

Our Seafood Case is full and beautiful! Selections vary daily, and Special Orders are welcome. This is just a sampling:
